Training Courses
Quix staff have been providing training to the professional graphics industry since the advent of computer based graphics in the mid 1980's. We were involved in the pioneering days of PostScript and worked for Adobe, and Linotype among others.
We are recognised as experts in the field, and we can confidently claim that there is no-one is Scotland with more in-depth, long term experience than us.
The majority of our training involves training a single company at a time. This means we can deliver training specifically tailored to the needs of the client company, and appropriate to the skill levels and experience of the people being trained. View list of courses offered
Classroom Training
We can deliver classroom style training to groups of trainees if required, and have training facilities available in Edinburgh and Glasgow. Contact us if you require more details.
Certification
For several years, Adobe and Macromedia have offered certification exams for their applications. Many of Quix staff have themselves passed these certification exams in Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, and Flash. Also, Tom Madden has co-written a Dreamweaver Exam Aid and is currently working on a contract for a new Dreamweaver book.
